How it plays
Build your own Observatory at a qualifying site.
Assemble a Survey missile in an ordinary silo.
Send it over suspected enemy ground. It uses Recon’s quiet launch and discovery rules.
Discovered facilities remain visible to your team. Survey never tracks or hits players.
Plan around its limits
Survey does no damage and SAM Batteries do not intercept it. Losing the Observatory blocks new assembly, not stored launches.
Build at a qualifying site or rural fallback. Facilities must finish construction before they work. Each member can keep a limited number; extra copies provide backups.
Choose your war’s rules
When you declare a standard war, choose the packs you own. Everyone in that war can use its enabled packs. Choices stay fixed after creation; Field Day does not use DLC.
Salvo is in closed beta. Pack availability depends on the app version and published rules. The app shows the numbers for your war.
